Daphne, thank you for going above and beyond for our wedding. We are SO grateful and honestly it wouldn’t have been as beautiful as it was if not for you. My husband and I found Daphne through a google search, and it was the testimonials and our first Zoom meeting with her that cemented her as our planner. We actually decided on Skopelos simply because we felt so confident that we wanted her. My husband is Swedish, I’m Canadian, and we live in the UK. Daphne took care of us for a year leading up to the wedding. She assisted with the paperwork, dealt with all the vendors, gave us great recommendations, and met with us when we needed it. She also incorporated special cultural ceremonies into our day. The 2 days were so ‘us’. On top of that she’s a fun, lovely person with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. And she’s calm, despite the madness! When we had a crisis (and it was a big one), she took charge and sorted it. We not only found a brilliant wedding planner, but a friend. When we decided to have a wedding abroad, we were nervous. After some research, we
came across Daphne’s site. I’m so glad we did! Working with Daphne for our destination
wedding was the best decision we could have made. Daphne was amazing! She was so
helpful in every aspect of the planning process, from helping select the perfect location,
which was a private terrace!!!! As well as coordinating all the vendors for us. All from
across the world!
Daphne really listened to our vision for our wedding and made it come to life in a way
that exceeded all our expectations. She was always available to answer any of our

from the other side of the world! With Zoom calls to emails, she really made us feel like

wedding and reception. Which was on the opposite side of the island!! She made sure
everything ran smoothly and even translated the ceremony from Greek! She allowed us to
fully enjoy our special day without any stress or worry, and just take it all in. She was the
heart of the whole event!

had our first Skype meeting in lockdown we knew we were in the best possible hands to

An immense thanks to Daphne who organised the most fabulous 50th birthday party over
4 days.
Even though I had done 3 reconnaissance missions to decide what I wanted, and despite
the fact I am a control freak, I decided to hire Daphne as she was local and could offer
valuable support that would have been, in rétrospect, impossible for me to organise.
We had a 4 day extravaganza in Skopelos with different themed nights and events for 80
people arriving from all over the world at different times.
Transport pickups were organised on time for everybody with the drivers always being
flexible about return times. Timing was always impeccable – yes in a tiny Greek island!
Daphne was readily helping guests organise trips around the islands on days when
nothing was organised, be it by taxi, minibus or local tips.
Daphne and I had regular Skype calls in the months leading up to the event and she was
also readily available for a quick call to answer any queries I had – communication was
excellent, this was critical for me!
My actual birthday night was in a small taverna with amazing Greek food and homely
atmosphere, then the owners enjoyed it so much they put on a nightclub dance floor in
the open air with music – it was incredible,
Next big night was disco night, a 70’s dressed theme night at a local club, buses were
organised music pre discussed, late food snacks organised – an amazing evening, nobody
wanted to leave!
Main night was on a privatised beach, isolated. Transport Lighting food dj (fabulous guy –
nailed my play list) location, planning service everything was spectacular.
Last lunch was a white one by the sea in a wonderful bay with a great atmosphere and
local food.
Perfect birthday, parties, location, everything! Daphne has it all, perfect host. My friends
are still talking about this incredible weekend in an incredible place.
You made it all possible Daphne,

Daphne did a wonderful job arranging our wedding. She was very helpful in many
aspects.
A wedding in Corona time isn’t easy and due to travel restrictions we had a lot of stress,
because we didn’t know if we were able to travel to Greece. Daphne answered all our
questions even the ones which weren’t related to the wedding but to travelling and eased
our mind at the island since our wedding day took place in the middle of a heatwave.
Beside the wedding and photo shoot locations Daphne arranged a beautiful restaurant
for our dinner and made sure the wedding bouquet was as beautiful and vibrant as I had
in mind.
10/10 would recommend!

After finding the most picturesque setting for our elopement in Skopelos, we then set a
date in mind. With only 8 months to go we were straight onto looking for a wedding
planner!
Daphne came highly recommended, she has an abundance of knowledge of the Island;
locations, venues, vendors and wedding procedures.
After our initial zoom meeting, Daphne put us at ease with the organisation of all aspects
of the wedding.
We were most apprehensive regarding the legal documents needed so that we were able
to be married legally in Skopelos. But Daphne informed us of all the legal procedures we
were to complete prior in the UK.
Knowing that she was just an email or zoom call away regarding updates and any
questions we had was a great reassurance.
On the day of our wedding everything Daphne had organised came together seamlessly.
We married at Amarantos and then got a taditional fisherman’s boat to Agnontas beach
for the cutting of our cake and a sunset dinner at Korali.
Our vision for for our perfect day had been interpreted perfectly by Daphne.
The day was more than we could have imagined, it was truly memorable.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Daphne enough.

worked with, it really shows how passionate she is in her profession.

I can’t express how wonderful Daphne was with the whole wedding planning process! I
am Greek Orthodox and my husband is Catholic, so for us to get married in the Greek
church, there was a lot of documentation that was required which I was unsure about
being able to obtain. Daphne was incredibly helpful with making sure I had the right
documents and went back and forth to discuss with the priest as well. Daphne met with us
when we arrived to the island prior to the wedding, after months of countless back and

Me and my husband were living in Italy and decided to get married in Skopelos, so we
were a bit worried that long distance would have been a problem with communication

preferences of the couple and respect them. She will be always available and ready to
help! She is such a positive presence to have, I guess it is normal for the bride -to -be to

Daphne worked with us over 18 months to organise our amazing wedding on Skopelos
which included 45 guests travelling from a number of locations. Daphne was fantastic
throughout and we were lucky enough to meet Daphne on Skopelos a year before the big
day. Daphne took a day out of her busy schedule to take us to a number of potential
locations for the ceremony and reception, from which we then made our final plans.
Throughout the whole experience Daphne was organised, took care of everything and
made the whole experience as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Daphne’s knowledge of
the island and contacts that she has resulted in the perfect day and we can not thank
Daphne enough for her help throughout. Everything was taken care of including the
organisation of transport from Skiathos for our large party due to the lack of ferries at the

Daphne is amazing. Given a tough timeframe (4 months), a unseasonal winter storm which
wiped out our preferred venue with weeks to go and a bride and bridegroom with a hazy
knowledge of the greek wedding formfilling bureaucracy she managed to overcome all
these hurdles to deliver us the wedding of our dreams! Frequently she gave us ideas and
suggestions for the day that we hadn’t thought of ourselves (the just married boat ride
into the agnontas harbour in particular was a great call and a spectacular arrival – loved it!)
and she was efficient, thoughtful, organised and creative at all stages through the
process, always with a smile on her face. We were particularly grateful for her hands on
support all the way through the week once we made it to the island and the dedication
on the day itself; from joining us at 9am to help set up the venue to sticking out it out till
3am to make sure all our guests got home. She’s a proper friend for life and we love
coming back to say hi to Daphne and catching up on island life – now with our new
daughter in tow. If you were ever thinking of getting married on the beautiful island of
Skopelos the first thing I would say is do it, and the second would be get Daphne…. you

We really did have a dream wedding – everything we’ve always wanted- and it was all
thanks to Daphne! Having been messed around by companies in England, we were so

It is hard to resume one year of emotions in just some lines.
We discovered Skopelos in September 2016 and we fell in love with this amazing and
unique island.
Therefore, we decided to get married there.
The 4th of July 2017, we fixed our wedding in Agios Athaniasios.
When Daphne brought us in this special and intimate square, my future husband and me,

The first time we set foot on Skopelos Island was to get married there, a great adventure
because apart from the wedding date we did not know how we wanted to do it, because
we had never seen this stunning island before. We can not deny that we found that
choice exciting because we also expected 19 quests. The moment we had the first real
life meeting with Daphne, all tension disappeared and confidence came in its place.
Because Daphne knows the island by heart, the wishes we had could be translated by her,
eveything could be done in our own way and at our choice. Nothing felt forced. In the

Couldn’t have done it without Daphne, She completely removed all of the stress out of
the tricky process of getting married abroad, she arranged everything for our day and was
a great communicator on the lead up too, often chatting over Skype to make sure that the

When it came to the actual wedding day, Daphne had arranged transport, photographer
musicians, cooled champagne as we were on the rock of Amarantos, this was very
thoughtful. She suggested that we got married at sunset due to the heat of the day and
the breath-taking photo opportunities. This was all great as we had never been to the
island before and Daphne’s experience in the planning and local knowledge was

We are from the UK and stumbled across Daphne the wedding planner after a quick
